Storage Inquiry Form

EFA basement storage program is for Studio Members, short-term members, and affiliate artists to store materials and other items. Please be aware this is not a temperature-controlled facility, and is subject to temperature fluctuations. This is not premier art storage. EFA is not responsible for any damage to items stored. High-value items, including artwork, are generally not recommended and are at your own risk.

All storage payments must be on autopay through Bill.com, via credit/debit or ACH. Cash and checks are not accepted.

Requests are processed via the Studios Team, then Building Superintendent Alex Credle will handle storage access.

Fees

Storage Fees consist of a Monthly Fee + Annual Access Fee

Your Annual Access Fee includes access for up to 4x a year. If you anticipate access to be more frequent, you will pay a Frequent Annual Access Fee. If you sign up for a regular fee but request access to your storage more than 4 times a year, we will charge the difference as a frequent-access fee.

For example, an artist who wants to rent a Small Bin for 3 months will pay $80 ($50 Annual Fee + $30 monthly fee) for the first month, then $30/month after. If the artist decides later they want more frequent access, they would be responsible for the $40 difference between the regular Annual Access Fee and the frequent Annual Access Fee.

How It Works

  1. Submit the Request Form below.

  2. Alex Unthank will contact you confirming availability, and will sign you up for autopay (if you are not already enrolled).

  3. Alex Credle will confirm and initiate storage access. Bin drop-off and pick-up will be coordinated between member and Alex Credle via storage@efanyc.org. At this point, your storage agreement will be sent for you to sign.

  4. Once your items are stored and agreement is signed, your storage selection will be applied to your autopay bill, and added to the next month’s recurring payment.

  5. To access your items at any point, please contact Alex Credle directly (storage@efanyc.org) and allow up to 2 weeks for access.

  6. To terminate your storage, contact Alex Credle & Alex Unthank at least 2 weeks before your desired termination date.

This program is running at limited capacity. Please be aware that there may be a wait of at least 3 weeks to process your request.
