Storage Inquiry
EFA is opening a basement storage program for Studio Members to store materials and other items. This offers a convenient space for members to cut down on clutter and support their studio as a place for art-making, rather than storage.
While procedures have been put in place to protect your belongings, it is not temperature-controlled and is subject to temperature fluctuations. Please be aware that this is not premier art storage. EFA is not responsible for any damage to items stored. High-value items, including artwork, are generally not recommended and are at your own risk.
All storage payments must be on autopay through Bill.com, via credit/debit or ACH. Cash and checks are not accepted.
Requests are processed via the Studios Team, then Building Superintendent Alex Credle will handle storage access.
About Fees
Storage Fees consist of:
Annual Fee (regular or frequent access) + Monthly Fee
Your Annual Fee includes access for up to 4x a year. If you anticipate access to be more frequent, you will pay a Frequent Access Annual Fee. If you sign up for a regular fee but request access to your storage more than 4 times a year, we will charge the difference as a frequent-access fee.
